Some of the best food I've ever had. Great atmosphere, great staff and great beer. But amazing food above all. Can't wait to come back.
Really quite disappointing.
The good: mac and cheese was okay. Chicken pot pie was very tasty, but it was no pie. Chickpea fries were very good.
The bad: loud. 7 layer dip was tiny and the tortilla chips were boring at best. Veggie burger was total mush. Took way too long for the burger and chicken pot pie to come out. $8 for a well drink. We paid $90 (including 15% tip) for three people (one of whom is 5 years old and only ate the mac and cheese).
on the recommendation from my cousin, hubby and i decided to try it. Beer was great! I had the one with ginger and it was surprisingly delicious! All of the food was delicious and waitstaff was friendly and efficient. We went at 5:00 on a Tuesday so no wait - actually almost had the place to ourselves! But it quickly filled up! Highly recommend!
My favorite local. Good food fabulous beer. And they are constantly make new ones. Wonderfully creative cocktails with locally inspired names. Service is great.
It's not bad, it's pretty good in fact, but it's not amazing. Chapel and Main is kind of your generic brew pub. They make their own beer, inside is industrial style, food is not really one theme.
I got the spicy shrimp pasta dish. It was pretty good, just not something I would feel the need to have when I go back.
The plaza that it's in has one of the few free parking lots in down own Dover, which means you don't need walk from the garage or find street parking.
Staff seem okay and the food didn't take too long. The waitress we had seemed to get mildly annoyed at times, but she may have been stretched thin that night.
I only tried the Dry Guy IPA which was really good. I plan on going back to try some of their other varieties.
Overall I recommend Chapel and Main. I don't think you will be blown away with something special, but I think you are going to be satisfied going here.
