Omnium Brewing

We had high expectations since the last tenants were our absolute favorite, but Omnium totally passed the test. The food was amazing starting with the fried pickles and homemade ranch. I was a big fan of the glassware. The old fashioned’s were very tasty as well and appealing to the eye! Loved the tequila version.

Our entrees were the Omni burger and the jackfruit bbq sandwich. The Omni burger was a 10/10 and cooked perfectly mid rare. The jackfruit bbq had a lot of larger chunks and the sauce was on the sweeter side. My only critique of our meal was to shred the jackfruit more if possible. But as a vegetarian, I absolutely love having more options than the standard veggie burger that’s on most bar menus ❤️ Our fries were fabulous and perfectly crunchy.

We really loved the service and being back in this space. So exciting to see them actually brewing in the back again as well! We will look forward to trying the sour beer when it’s back on the menu. I’d love to see some art or murals to differentiate the space from the previous brewery. Best of luck and can’t wait to come back!

Revisited 2/23/23 and was a bit disappointed . We tried the falafel burgers and they were almost inedible :( we were also served an odd little dish of chips. Will probably try one more time during the summer to sit on the patio.

Omnium was great! As others have said, they did a great job filling the vacancy left by Bad Lab.I think their menu is better and there’s a full bar with a great selection for the non-beer drinkers. We enjoyed the tacos and the short rib. Looking forward to returning!

So glad a brewery reopened at this location! The beer selection is more than plentiful and the food is top notch! The staff always go above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. We come here at least weekly with our 2 school aged kids and all have such a nice dinner! 5+ star rating hands down!

Virian is a very respectful man and has the future of this industry in the palm of his grasp and will do whatever it takes too make this brewery a major success.

Such a vibe inside plenty of tvs too watch what you want and everyone is cheery and ready too assist you in any way that's needed

Meredith and Krystal both were very very very helpful and communicative and hold smiles that could make anyone's visit well worth the time.
For first week opening and being very busy since the grand opening dont hesitate too come by and enjoy the food !!!!!!!!!
