Ramunto's Brick Oven Pizza

For Claremont, definitely best place for pizza. At first glance prices seem high but portions are large & shareable making it a good deal. Great location on the river. Crust a little thin, water was not good, service was par.

Interior has old rustic cool design. The bartender was very busy yet he was able to give us the attention we needed. Large selection of beer, wine by the glass (no hard alcohol available). They have beer and pizza specials for under $10. The apps were excellent (citrus spiced wings and spinach artichoke dip). Homemade dressings for the salads along with fresh made garlic knot rolls. Entree of shrimp scampi was tasty. Gentlemen next to us had a huge meatlovers pizza (I wanted to steal a slice). They love their garlic, on the rolls, the wings etc. I love garlic so it was that much better.

If you have shellfish allergies not the place for you. Everyone else at the table had a great meal. The waitress and other staff were very nice.

Ramuntos always provides amazing food! The atmosphere is outstanding and comfortable. I have never had a bad service experience and would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area. Nothing here will disappoint you.
