Bolero Snort Brewery and Tasting Room

Went for opening weekend. It was crowded, but that was to be expected. The beer was great, they had a bunch of varieties on tap, and the place looks awesome. Despite the crowd, the servers were quick and friendly, and the owners were on hand talking to customers about the place. Can’t wait to go back! Good luck, Bulls!!!

Beautiful brewery but the beers in my respectful opinion weren’t what I was hoping for. Either too sweet, too flat, or a combination of both. I can’t put my finger on it but something was missing. I wish them the best of luck and I’ll go back at some point and support them but I hope that there will be some improvements made to the body and complexity of the beers. With that said, congrats to the owners for coming this far in a very tough industry!

Great beer at good prices. Big modern space. Great space for families upstairs or more fast paced bar scene downstairs. Friendly staff. Will definitely be back.

Awe-inspiring. Simply an incredible facility. The tasting room is modern, comfortable, fun. The beer selection is the pinnacle of innovation - these guys know what they are doing and it shows. I could not be more impressed or recommend them more highly! I will be a frequent patron in the future!

This place is awesome! I was given a tour of their brewery as I walked in and got to learn how they make their beer. Definitely go check this place out!
