“Don't take my 4 star rating as a negative. I almost never give 5 star. Bottomline is the food was delicious and different than the norm. I absolutely recommend you give this a try. Albeit a primarily chicken offering, there are many other options to choose from. With everything, with their unique spice blend, you can go from plain to very spicy, but also choose traditional spices. The service and hospitality were spotless. The staff was very attentive, which you don't necessarily find in this type of restaurant. I believe they opened in August 2021 (I could be incorrect), yet the owner came by the table are very politely touched based soliciting our experience and feedback on the food and offerings. It is uncommon that someone cares that deeply about the product the offer. It was such a warm and family oriented setting. We will be going back again!!!”

“Amazing staff. Delicious foods. Great place to take a break after trekking the expansive mall. Coffee was excellent with the best flavor full of roasted goodness. (Warning: some may consider too dark but I had mine with cream and sugar and tasted like a dessert!) Speaking of which, the chocolate soufflé was just perfect! Puffy crunchy outside and gooey goodness inside, next to a scoop of clean vanilla ice cream, it was more like a chocolate heart attack! Finally, shout out to James, who’s service was practically telepathic!”

“This is one of the BEST Starbucks in the area. I have a Starbucks in my own town but I choose to go here which is 3 towns away from me because the people here are the best. Customer service is top notch, the workers very friendly and you can just taste the love they put into their drinks. They are very proud of their drinks and customer service. “Italian culture is all about bringing people together through food and Annabella doesn’t disappoint. From once you walk in you have people asking you if you’re being helped, to Don’s quirky personality, asking if you’re coming for jazz night. Most importantly, the slices of mozzarella they give while you’re waiting reminds me of my aunt that tells you, “why don’t you eat more? To the food, I ordered the General Tao’s Revenge and it was awesome. The combination of a sweet and savory flavors, with the traditional feel of the Italian peppers and breaded chicken (With of course some mozzarella inside of it) was an amazing combination. The mozzarella itself is slightly saltier than traditional mozzarella that I’ve had but that is not a complaint. The added salt provides more depth and flavor into the creaminess in the texture of the mozzarella. In the end, if you are around the new mall, make a stop. You won’t be disappointed with the food, service, or the culture. P.S the sandwich was so good I forgot to take a pic, but I did get the cheesecake.”
