However, the quantity they give you isn't compensating for bad quality; the food is great, at very good prices. Cash only. Fast service. Friendly owner. All around, great Chinese restaurant. My favorites are house special lo-mein and general Tso's chicken.

(May 31, 2018, 4:04 pm)This place is amazing. Has the best Chinese food for miles. I recently moved out of the area and have had no success in finding even decent Chinese food. I make the 12 mile drive to Chef Chan since the food is that good. Always hot and fresh.
