“The East Rutherford Chili's is a fairly simple place. While it is "just a Chili's", they do everything right on a consistent basis. The food is always good, which of course is a base line for any restaurant. With that, the place is always very clean and the service is excellent. For the price, it is one of the best around. “Great customer service. I asked a service person for some hot coffee, but they didn't have any. That same person had me follow her to a vendor that did have hot coffee. She gave it to me for free AND a meal for my son and I. All on the house. Amazing.”
