Jack's Lobster Shack Edgewater

I've been to Jack's Lobster Shack twice, and I've been so busy that I haven't gotten the time to sit down and type up a review, but it is overdue.

Finding parking is a luck of the draw.

Both times my wife and I ate there, we were greeted by two very friendly and affable individuals. Their names are: Mikayla and Sev.

On these two occasions my wife and I had for appetizer the Clam Chowder and Lobster Bisque. These folks don't skimp on the seafood. Our Chowder and Bisque were full of Clams and fresh Lobster, very creamy and tasty.

For entree we each had Jack's signature rolls. She had the Maine Style (cold) and I got the Connecticut style (warm). These rolls were chock-full of lobster meat and nicely seasoned, didn't have that heavy mayonnaise taste that other places tend to offer.

On our second visit we stopped by on a Tuesday where they had a Lobster Dinner special. We got a lobster each with slaw, chips. Delicious fresh lobster, the slaw was perfectly seasoned and chips were crispy.

If it wasn't for the parking issue, whereas is non-existent, I would eat at Jack's every week, that's how excellent it is to have dinner here.

Place is amazing, we love coming here as a family, CJ, I repeat CJ is the BEST waiter I’ve ever experienced. He really takes care of you and make sure you have a great time. I just wanted to give recognition to him because he really has passion. Food is amazing, place is comfortable.

Fresh, fresh, fresh lobster roll, try the clam chowder, fried clams and you got to try the lobster fritters. Super good food, very attentive and nice servers. Only issue at the Edgewater location is the parking. Pleasantly surprised at how good it was.

This place was amazing. Very small but it works. The Food here is off the chain. I had the Double Lobster Roll and my wife he the Steam Pot as our mains and the crab cake and garlic shrimp as our apps. I would definitely come here again

Great Food. My wife and I, came here by accident on a Wednesday night. I’m sure glad we did because the food was amazing. My wife ordered the lobster roll with sweet fries and I had their Wednesday whole lobster special. You can’t beat the price for the amount of food that they give you. It’s a BYOB spot! Again, BYOB!! We didn’t know that and the nearest place to get a bottle of wine was a 10min Drive.

The location is short on parking due to construction in the area.. There is no parking lot connected . So if best, take a cab or try your luck with parking.
