“This chicken IS good. Tastes like it’s made fresh. The batter is clearly home made. The chicken is juicy. However, the bucket wasn’t consistent. Some pieces had some pink in it. Some pieces were over battered. The bacon mash was really oily BUT the flavor was there. The coleslaw was a miss. Wasn’t too bad of a choice to meet fried chicken craving.”

“Super friendly owner and employees! If you enjoy seafood, you must try this place! They have a large selection of tasty food, and large portions great for sharing! Very clean. Lots of tables to eat at. (Chick fil a next door still wont let you eat inside even though NJ allowed indoor eating since the summer of 2020). NO MASKS when you sit down, so you can eat like a normal human being here. Great decorations. Good drink selection. Free parking in the back and plenty of spots.This is a great and fun place to eat. “Typical Chinese takeout place located 3 blocks away from us, which is why I can't judge them on delivery times. It's not that we don't order delivery, but it wouldn't be fair to say they're super fast because of how close we live (it's always under 20 minutes). We order from here once a week. The prices are good and the food is tasty. We love their dumpling sauce, it's the best we've had from a Chinese takeout place and their boneless ribs are some of the leanest we've had. We haven't really had anything from there we didn't like, and we've had A LOT. They have chicken meatballs too which are tasty (not on the menu, but written on a sign inside the place). The only two things we wouldn't order from here again are: 1. The Beef Sticks. The last 2 times they were burnt. Not charred slightly, but burnt all over. This time they had to remake them and redeliver them for us. 2. Hot & Sour Soup. Lacking in flavor, but I'm kind of a Hot & Sour Soup connesiour. Also, just a heads up, if you order stuff extra spicy like me, it's not even close to being spicy....but that's how it is with most Chinese takeout places. Update: tried the beef sticks again after a long time of avoiding them, and they are really good now. I also ordered the hot & sour soup again but added a hot sauce packet and it was perfect.”

“Note: Rating is comparing it to other fast food chicken places. I love this place! It has not changed since I first got food from here around 15 years ago! Don't get me wrong, it's fast food, so don't go in w/gourmet expectations. The prices are great, they are open late, and the people are friendly. Burgers, Pizza egg rolls, Spinach egg rolls, hot wings, and of course the fried chicken are all things I get there. Parking can sometimes be a bit rough on Palisade Ave, but there is a metered lot in the back.”
