I ordered a soda and normally I only get one especially when there $3 for one. but for whatever reason I was thirsty so I ordered another with the impression that there were free refills. Well apparently $3 dollars for 1 soda isn't enough so they charge for refills. A little disappointed... But food wise very good great Atmosphere!! So going with a 4.”

“We had the sesame tofu which was awesome! We also had the General Tso Chicken with lomein instead of rice and it was soggy. We were able to order directly from their website. I decided to go with this restaurant because of other Google reviews. Ordering process on the website was relatively easy. Order are came at the expected time. They did not update the steps for the order as it was complete but that’s okay. I would order the sesame tofu again. It was yummy. Oh, they also threw in a free can of Coke.”

“After looking for a good choice of restaurant to eat on Christmas eve , many were closed . Rosa Mexicano was one that we were on the mood for. We made a reservation for 7 people at 7 pm . The restaurant, understandably was short staffed because of the holidays. Yet they made every effort to make our experience memorable . From the Hostess to the manager who besides being running to set up tables, make guacamole took time to take a great picture of our table and wish us all a Merry Christmas . The waiter Miguel was very attentive, up-selling on every opportunity and we did not mind the wait for the food . Everything was very well presented and the food delicious made from scratch. I can only imagine the great service they probably provide when fully staffed . I definitely recommend this place”

“Dining area is old and in need of renovation. There is talk that that may be happening in the near future. That being said, this restaurant has a very limited menu and a very loyal customer base. Once customers are seated, they are always greeted with a warm smile and asked the same question, "Do you need a menu?" This is because almost everyone comes to the Lido for one of their two signature dishes, thin crust pizza or sliced steak sandwich. Both are excellent and worth trying. Might want to call before you go due to the continued talk of closing for renovations.”

“Favorite place to order delivery. They’re always super fast and accurate with the order. If I ask for no mayo- they won’t put it. Extra ketchup? Always. The burgers are juicy and delicious. The waffles are light and fluffy. The pasta dinners are huge. Seriously everything is delightful. Lived close when we first started ordering from here and then moved a few towns away but they still deliver! Definitely a forever favorite!”

“The food is great here. And so are the waiters. I gave it a 4 star because I called today and the gentleman who answered was not professional. First, I told him that I was calling about a reservation I made online and waited for him to answer me and he says, " okay.. yea....?" I told him that I made reservations online for this coming Saturday for 4 but I think we will be having more people, will that be a problem? He answers, "yea that will be a problem." I said, excuse me? And he repeats himself and then says they cant take reservations for over a party of 4. First off, that rule is a bit annoying since this place is always packed and the line is so long and second, he could have been professional on the phone for a high end restaurant.”

My friend is disabled in his legs (uses cane), but even if not, they pull out the table all the way for you to sit-great touch of extra service. All the servers are the best, & look like models. You can order the steak any temperature, to the degree if you want. Great traditional American steak menu, plus fish, chicken, pork, etc. Often several off menu add ons as well. (Non steak eaters will like too). Have seen prix fixe, not sure if all the time. Great place to entertain for a business lunch, or to impress your date.”
