“Great service - especially since I accidentally ordered the wrong item and waiter was very understanding. Food was delicious. Just wished they had a changing station for babies - to be a bit more family friendly! Love the ambiance!”

“Lunch here was good. The most memorable thing about this experience was how potent and fresh the wasabi and ginger were... They may be the best we've had in North Jersey, and the portions of them were generous. Otherwise there was nothing spectacular about the food or service.”

“Large selection of deli meats and great bread make for one tremendous sandwhich. I stop in this place once a month for an amazing, big and hearty sandwhich. The selection of meats, cheeses and condiments trumps other delis.”

“Excellent ramen! I'm so happy a place like this exists in Bergen county! I had the tan tan men. The broth was flavorful and the noodles were the perfect texture. Service was excellent; and obviously a great favorite for other people - we got in just before the rest of the lunch crowd which packed the place within 10 minutes.”

“Honestly the food was good. I enjoyed it. However, the menu was far too limited, only providing salads and sandwiches. So if you aren't into that, too bad. In addition, the food was very expensive. We got 2 dishes and three drinks, and that totalled to about $40. In conclusion, this place is good, but could be way better.”

“Delicious food, friendly service. Came across this gem while reading the latest issue of DiningOut Magazine. Menu had nice variety, plus daily specials. The chef strolled through the dining room talking to his guests making sure everyone was happy. And we were! Will return for sure.”

“So easy to order online. They always get my order PERFECT! Today I asked for Broccoli in Garlic Sauce made instead with the sauce they use for Chicken with Broccoli, and make is spicy.......they nailed it. And BEST egg rolls ever. I have been here about 6 times now.”

“I came for their Thanksgiving dinner event. The pros: food was fantastic! Great quality, came out at a decent pace, good service, great price (just $50/person)! For me and my husband to go somewhere close and dine at a cozy place like this and avoid cooking on TG, it’s a dream. The cons: we had to wait 45 minutes for a table even though we had a reservation. The front desk was (understandably) overwhelmed with the reservations on the holiday. However, their seating process and efficiency definitely need to improve. They also assumed that the first round of guests would leave within 2 hours. You have to budget at least 2.5-3 hours. There were large parties and people want to take their sweet time. Docking one star but I would consider coming back on a normal evening for a good meal.”

“Funky cafe. Love the glossy black bricks. Good coffee and healthy fresh food. (Watch out, coffee can be really hot).”

“Very nice BYO restaurant in North Jersey. Ingredients are fresh and menu is small but diverse I was told it changes frequently. Booked a table on OpenTable which I recommend, the place was packed.”

“If you are lucky enough to live near Cafe Amici, wow! We go there every time we visit Ridgewood, NJ, without fail. The best neighborhood atmosphere, FANTASTIC thin crust pizza, and great Iralian food overall. The service is warm, friendly, and efficient. It's always packed on Friday night and once you go, you'll know why. Wish we had a place just like this in Springfield/Nashville, Tennessee!”
