뉴저지 맛사랑 MatSaLang Catering

This restaurant, located inside Pine Plaza, down the hall from the bakery, always changes owners. The restaurant is currently called MatSaLang. My husband and I have been here twice during lunch. Their menu has both Korean and American dishes. I tried the seafood bibimbap and thought it was delicious but serving it in such a large pot made it seem like a kid's portion and it really was! Wish there was a bigger portion! I was sad when I was done after like 5 spoonfuls. My husband had the hangover soup or blood pudding soup and it was piping hot all the way till the end and very good as well.

The second time we visited we decided to try the American food options so we ordered a house pasta and pork cutlet. We noticed the banchan or side dishes varied slightly which is great. The house pasta was just ok but the pork cutlet stole the show. The gravy was different from the usual tonkatsu sauce. It was very tasty. When the owner lady came by she was surprised we cleaned our plates and said she will give us a bigger portion next time. Haha. This is a nice new place in Pal Park. I hope they stay awhile!
