Dim sum and classic Cantonese dishes are great. Of all the Chinese restaurants in the Fort Lee area,it is by far my favorite.
Came here for dim sum. Taste was acceptable, but the carts were bringing out same stuffs over and over. I had to wait over 30 mins to get what I wanted. A better service is required.
Come in on a Friday at about 6pm and figured I would take a break from the traffic. I have been to many dim-sum restaurants and the food was spot on. A bit pricey and limited when ordering weekday from the menu but to be expected. I want to come here during the weekend to try out the cart service.
Read a few reviews and most complaints come from lack of English speaking staff. Main point is that the food is good and fresh. Suggest speaking up to request English speaking waiter...
I read a bunch of the reviews before I came here to have a Saturday brunch, dim sum with my significant other around 11:30am. The place wasn't too busy as it had just opened, and kept very tidy. Being skeptical due to the handful of negative reviews, I was pleasantly surprised. This place honestly has the best dim sum I've ever had, and I grew up going to many different places for dim sum. It tasted fresh, it was decently priced, and all of the staff were very attentive and pleasant. Very happy to have found a great dim sum place closer to home and so we don't have to trek out to NY.
I find it very sad that this place doesn't have a better rating because of things like "servers do not speak English" when things like that can be avoided by simply pointing to what you want, or people came here expecting "American-Chinese" food.
The food deserves 5 stars. The dim sum is fresh(no cart) and all the menu items were amazing too (we ordered the half duck and seafood pan fried noodles).
The service was pretty slow and all over the place for a Monday... Sticky rice came out when we were already done eating...
But $50 for 3 people is a good deal for dim sum.
