“I went to this bar often in the early 2000s so when I was in the Newark area yesterday, I had to stop by Feathers for a walk down Memory Lane. The bar tender downstairs was super friendly, I chatted with a few guys there who were regulars in the past also and then went upstairs about 10 pm. It was jus as I remember - guys start coming about 11 pm, and when I left about 1 am guys were lined up to get in outside! There was a great drag show upstairs and after, most people upstairs stayed on the dance floor. There was an overall great vibe.”

The music that they play from the loud speakers is also one of absolute beauty, with music fitting so perfectly with the actions of the cashier and the slicer, adding to a more enjoyable and thrilling experience each day. The sandwich brings beautiful messages of life, proving points that, even though Jersey mikes is an old store, It’s still are relevant have aged very well. This sandwich is for everybody, for Firehouse Subs and Jimmy Johns have nothing for this creative genius that is "Jersey Mikes". “I have been to this restaurant multiple times, and I could agree that it is very relaxing and a great place to be in. The waiters and waitresses are very nice and always put the customer first. The food is pretty good and leaves me very full. However, I would recommend to mark and know which desserts are not available before having the people wait a few minutes. Good selection of donuts, coffee is better than a k cup. The shop is a short walk from the train station so it's a decent place to wait if you've got time to kill.”
