Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar

Went here for a wedding anniversary and the experience was excellent. The ambiance was inviting and the food delicious. But the spectacular service was what prompted me to write this review. Truly unbelievable service, and that's what made a good experience an absolutely great one.

Love the food and atmosphere at Fleming's. We usually go here for special occasions. The wait staff are always super attentive. They have a fairly extensive wine selection as well. Best to make a reservation, I think they are required. Be sure to tell them if it's a special occasion when you make a reservation, they might give you a special treat!

Amazing service and great wine selection. But my steak was rare instead of medium. I’ve worked in restaurant business so I just ate it, not going to complain, server was too nice. Great cut of beef but was very bland along with the sauce. Desert was amazing and a complimentary chocolate truffle tops the cake. I would recommend this place for business, otherwise, I’d not return for the steak.

The food is of course amazing. The manager, Liz, was also kind to come check on our food which was a very nice touch! The champagne Brie cheese that comes with the bread is so good as well! They were not busy, food came out quickly.

That being said the waiter was terrible. We waited quite some time to be greeted at the table, then we had to ask for bread. He didn't introduce himself and he seemed nonchalant and cocky while I watched the other waitress handle more tables kindly and friendly. It was very disappointing. From what I could tell he only had two tables. I'm a waitress and I would never give this type of service.

For $150 for two people I don't think I should watch my waiter chat with the bartender instead of offering us dessert, ask for bread, or have to box up my own meals.
