“Debbie, I completely understand your frustration regarding our restaurant not having lemons in stock for you that particular day. I do work there quite a bit so I can assure you that I am well aware of what we have in stock. If for some reason I was uncertain, yes I would have gladly checked for you! However, it was a negligent assumption on my part, that an apology given the first time upon request for lemons would have been sufficient for any person. So on behalf of us here at Tony Soprano’ s we sincerely apologize for your unsatisfied experience with us. We do hope you’ll give us another try .
