Customer service was great! They had a great selection of Italian ice flavors. And although there were long lines they went fast but didn't rush you when it was your turn. I hadn't been there in a while and hadn't tried any of the flavors they had and the girl that waited on us insisted that I could sample as many flavors as I wanted. I tried one and that was it! Pear????????! Absolutely to die for! Speaking of to die for, THEY HAVE FROZEN CUSTARD!????So even if you're not into Italian ice you can get yourself a cone or a cup of the most delicious frozen creamy spoonful of heaven!????????(with sprinkles ????????) Also seems that their prices haven't gone up too much either! So I would say this place is an absolute must in the summertime! Oh and one more thing, there are always coupons in the mail for great discounts! PS. They're closed in the winter months ????.

It was opening day in the middle of a nor'easter and still the the young lady behind the window was helpful and kind. You could tell she was freezing, but she still put on a smile and managed to laugh a few times all while getting pelted with a snow and freezing snow mixture with no coat. She happily answered questions and made suggestions and this was just from me observing her with other customers. I wound up getting strawberry cheesecake flavored water ice for free and paid $2 extra to make it a gelato with vanilla custard. OMG when I say the water ice was so creamy and smooth by itself that it was like cheesecake flavored ice cream. Already craving more.
I went there last summer and prior to that I was buying my water ice in the grocery store. One day I saw a Ritas and it really changed the way I but Italian water ice. They have so many flavors I buy 2 tubs and the 3rd is on the house that is a great deal.The texture the consistent taste it it just gives your taste buds a ride they will not regret. So,anyways I have been a loyal customer for going on two years and that's a great deal to.please give it a try you will I promise love it. They give you a sample prior to you buying anything all so that is good. Know I am into all kinds of great flavors.
