“Father's Day was perfect, Celebrated with Family Meals outside on our patio. Each order was piping hot, served in a bag with corn and potatoes. THe spice and heat profile was perfect. The sandwiches were plentiful,this is a close as NJ will come to a New Orleans style PO BOY. We will return, Kevin and his team were busy, but extremely attentive. Highly recommend.”

“My friend like this place. I could leave it alone. The coffee is never hot enough to get a chance to taste it. I have never seen them change the donuts. This is in Somerville NJ. Somerset County one of the best towns in the area and you must get a token to use the bathroom which has the men's urinal within arm reach from the toilet. Cleaning is a little know hobby. Bringing in a prime spot. By the Court House and now only 15 steps from the new place let you know why 5 people are interested in being here. Too bad when they open it was packed even with Starbucks just 4 blocks away.”

“Customer service was great! They had a great selection of Italian ice flavors. And although there were long lines they went fast but didn't rush you when it was your turn. I hadn't been there in a while and hadn't tried any of the flavors they had and the girl that waited on us insisted that I could sample as many flavors as I wanted. I tried one and that was it! Pear????????! Absolutely to die for! Speaking of to die for, THEY HAVE FROZEN CUSTARD!????So even if you're not into Italian ice you can get yourself a cone or a cup of the most delicious frozen creamy spoonful of heaven!????????(with sprinkles ????????) Also seems that their prices haven't gone up too much either! So I would say this place is an absolute must in the summertime! Oh and one more thing, there are always coupons in the mail for great discounts! PS. They're closed in the winter months ????.”

“First time coming here. Ordered via phone for take out, no issues ordering over the phone. Stopped by and the place is a little dated, could use a makeover. The two employees behind the counter didn't acknowledge me as I stood there waiting to be helped. They (both) even made eye contact but didn't say anything. Guess they were too busy to speak to customers...? At the very minimum, let your customers know you will be helped in just a moment. When they finally weren't busy (?) they weren't very helpful when I told them I was there for pickup. In fact they didn't even know how much my pizza was supposed to cost LOL. The supervisor/manager(?) was friendly, helpful, and stepped in and made up for their lack of competence. Anyway, the pizza was hot and delicious! I would definitely come back again because the pizza was good... But c'mon Sal's... Step up your customer service game! You got some lousy employees representing your store.”

“I always enjoy my Cosmos outing when I get a chance to pass through. Though it's just an old fashioned mini diner, the owner/grill chef is a little more skillful than your average diner chef. The food is modest fare and consistently pleasing. I must add that I love the friendly conversation with the waitresses and patrons that only happens here. It's like you've entered a less rushed world and people take the time to give to each other's day. It may not be for everyone, but it appeals to my old soul.”

“Stopped in late during the early St Patrick's celebration. They were running some specials for the day, I had the Bourbon Red, very tasty! My group got to set up in the sofa area, perfect to pen in my granddaughter, who stood at the edge of the "balcony" and waved to all below. Only thing, I wish the music was a bit less loud, people have to shout to be heard. But still, a good time was had by all.”
