Pancheros Mexican Grill

Food was very good. Manager and cashier were friendly. Rest of the staff? Sack of rocks.

The food was good. I like it better than Chipotle but the service at this particular restaurant was lacking

Food isn't bad, just wish that this promotion for Shrimp was more advertised in store. I have a serious shellfish allergy that has been compromised at many other restaurants over the years even after asking if the food could possibly be cross contaminated. When I know for sure there is shellfish, I ask, here I had no idea cause it's not on the main menu and the only thing stating there was at the moment was this tiny sign above the cash register that doesnt exactly catch your eye.

This place is really good. It's similar to Chipotle, but they also do a few things differently. For one, they press dough balls into tortillas as you order. Secondly, they mix all the ingredients with a spatula before wrapping the burrito. That way all the flavors are blended.

While I believe the burrito yielded the taste I've become accustomed to experiencing from a Pancheros, I was let down by the size of the burrito, which was scrawny in comparison to some of the other locations I frequent. The line workers were very stingy, and I had to ask for more two or three times with certain ingredients which I would normally receive the first time around at other locations. In addition, I was charged for extra cheese for an amount that didn't appear to be extra. Maybe I'm wrong on that, but I think I'll stick to the other stores from now on.
