My family has bought all Italian cooking supplies here for years, but I only recently stopped in myself. I started with my tomatoes, pasta and cheeses. Ventured in to their Italian hoagies, which I call crack on a roll, moved on to the prosciutto and roasted pepper sandwich... then premade sausage and peppers, homemade raviolis, broclirabe, chicken cutlets, amazing dessert pastries, and finally... today... the best meatball sandwich I've ever had. My only wish is that they start serving breakfast. I'd be there 3 meals a day.... my only complaint is that I'd rather eat there then cook my own, and that's always been a joy. This place is a treasure.
The tomato pie is awesome! So are the roasted peppers and prepared foods!
Croce’s tomato pie is a perfect food. If I had to live on one thing the rest of my life this would be it. Nothing like the bland spongy shrink wrapped pie you get at the grocery store. Only thing competes is Zeppoli’s tomato focaccia and that’s because they bake it when you get there. *You have to be a tomato pie person to get this.
This place is a rare find in South Jersey.
I had the roasted pork and provolone With long hots and it was just what the doctor ordered.
I will be definitely going back there !!!
