The meals I picked up at Panera were fine and the Cuban sandwich was tasty for something produced by a chain. The biggest issue I have with this particular location is the speed at which they handle orders placed in person or via the website. My orders are almost never ready at the time specified. I do understand that customer volume will affect order completion times but I recommend that you give yourself time when placing and order and do not expect the order to be ready when you enter the location.
First off, if I'm feeling healthy I choose either salad works or Panera. We decided to stop in here to grab a quick bite mid afternoon the other day (mistake). They were pretty busy, but waiting over 20 minutes is a bit long from my previous experiences with Panera bread at other locations. Maybe they were short staffed that day! When we got our food, the broccoli cheddar soup was cold (not exaggerating here, legit cold to the touch). The Cuban sandwich was burnt, and cold (weird combo). I can only assume some of the food got put together, and then sat waiting for the rest. The other sandwich was delicious! Now I might have been a little irritated with some of the food, so "hair" I uploaded a picture of may be an honest accident. Normally I'd brush it off, but hey like I said I was already irritated. I did mention the cold soup to the team, and they didnt offer to heat it up for me. I hate to leave a bad review, but overall I would not reccomend this location.
Good place. Clean and I do go there when I need a quick meal. Usually you have to wait 1 year to get service at Panera but they keep it moving pretty well.
Overall it wasn't bad but they need to learn how to make grilled cheese. they cooked it open face so the cheese was brown and the inside of the bread was burnt. The mac and cheese was like soup. Deptford one is much better
Food was great got a cream of chicken in a bread bowl. Tasted wonderful. Great service. Little long of a wait for take out. But was slightly busy.
