Friendly's

Always has been my favorite location. Called ahead a group of 10. They set up tables for us. Even let me know my friend was lost. Food was good as always.

Decent food for a fare choice. Sure not fast food but service is not slow. Menus is full of choices from real healthy to comfort food. Big bonus the icecream dessert choices to end the meal cant be beat. Service is better then some of the other like type chains. Most times they are a balance of crowded but never had to wait for a seat at the same time never could call them empty.

Great, I had a really good experience here. Love the ice cream. Burgers were on the money too.

Stopped in for a quick meal. Service was a little slow. I could have walked out without paying. I thought it would be easier to place my to go ice cream order at the ice cream counter. WRONG. The gentleman at the counter and the young lady there never acknowledged me because they were too busy with their conversation. My server finally comes to the counter and recognizes it's me and asks am I ready to pay. I tell her I would like to order ice cream. At that point the gentleman at the counter asks my server of the ice cream he was preparing was mine and she replies no. My server says she will be right back she needs her key. A few seconds later another lady appears (whom I believe to be a manager) comes and asks if I need anything. I tell her I would like to order ice cream. She takes my order and allows me to pay my bill. My original server shows up and tells the lady who cashed me out she needs to pull up my bill. The lady who cashed me out tells her that I'm already taken care of. Meanwhile the gentleman making my sundae appears to not be aware that my sundae should have marshmallow sauce according to the menu and when I tell him he adds 1 squirt that barely comes out on top of my whipped cream and cherry. Suggestion: Maybe if the focus was work and customer service my eating would have been higher because there is a lot of potential for the eating to be higher if customer service is improved.
