I'm Shalonda and I would like to say shout out to tonight's Sicklerville location staff! 🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾That store was BEYOND PACKED today! The team showed amazing leadership skills and the utmost professionalism! While the crew preparing the orders worked diligently, there was a young Spanish lady at the counter. The team in the back nicely asked her if she could please come back and help them once she had finished taking orders to get the orders out to customers a little faster. Which was NOT an unreasonable request because she was only standing around stacking cups. She got upset with them and stormed out of the store leaving them with all of the work! They worked together without skipping a beat. They even came out and spoke with the customers apologizing for the long wait and inconvenience. It was an extremely nice experience to see staff going above and beyond even when they are working in a high-pressure situation. They deserve to be recognized and rewarded by the company and they should really be proud of themselves for the hard work and diligence they displayed today. Awesome customer service, upbeat and positive fast and flawless. Work flow environment, The staff is Kind and helpful. I say this to customers if you flavors with out knowing it's on you. Instead of coming in and ordering your food order online then you don't have to wait. If you want your food done real fast. Then go to the store and buy a pack of chicken and cook it. I have never had a problem with my food. The store gets business sometimes you have to wait. Wingstop is a popular restaurant so you may be the one that day you have to wait.

I bought the Hawaiian wings and corn on the cob. The wings flavor was not what I expected, I thought it would be a savory, sweet pineapple flavor. It was totally opposite but I'm glad I tried it. The fries and the corn was very good. They were really busy and there was a 20 minute wait but it was worth it because you got fresh, hot food.
