    THIS was a wonderful place to go. a wonderful experience to be had. would love to go back. great food. great entertainment. very clean. nice ambiance.

    Celebrated our friends birthday at Akira last night. The food and service were amazing. The hibachi dinner was highly entertaining. They even provided a commentary dessert with blooming lotus candle and sang happy birthday with strobe lights. So cool.

    Place was busy when we arrived. Clean and modern environment. Our reservation for two was promptly handled. The Ginger Scallion Chicken & Shrimp was delicious and a generous portion. The service was great. We were not rushed at all. We're definitely coming back.

    Food was good, the hibachi chef was very talented. The staff were pretty good. The only issue I had was that I was with a large party and we were celebrating a member of my party and we stayed about 15 minutes after we finished eating, and they kept coming over and staring at the group. If they wanted us to leave, they should have just told us they needed the table. No one was waiting to be seated but they made us feel very uncomfortable.
