“The food was very good, served hot. The server was very nice to us. We dined at the high point of the lunch rush. A crowded room is the ultimate compliment to any restaurant. Our server struggled with the flow of the masses but in the end provided a wonderful time for us. Definately a place I would recommend. Another highpoint was the price point. “The only reason they’re getting three stars instead of 1 is for the friendly staff. Oh and the food. I mean it’s not 5 star food but for dominoes it’s good. (Just being honest). The reason it’s not five stars is for the manager at this location. I’m assuming she’s a manager. She’s a short little Spanish girl and every time I’m in that store she’s talking to her associates like they are animals. It makes me uncomfortable every time I’m in there. But I still go because I work right across the street. So if work wants pizza we get dominoes and I go to pick it up. I wouldn’t want to judge a person based on one interaction I’ve had with them… But I’m telling you every time I’m in there, she is there and she is either screaming at, ignoring, or talking down to her associates like they are trash. If any of these associates wanted to file a complaint with their corporate office for a hostile work environment, they definitely have me as a customer character witness I get the impression that some of the associates’ first language is not English. That leads me to believe that maybe the language barrier has something to do with this little ball of fire’s frustration. However I am also a manager at my own job with Portuguese speaking associates, So I get the stresses of managing and I get the stresses of managing when there is a language barrier… But I would never talk to them the way she does to her’s. It actually makes me uncomfortable to witness. One of these days I’m going to take my phone in there and record her. I can tell you right now she is not a good manager. My advice would be to replace her as management, ASAP.”

There platters are decent for the amount of food you get. Never got anything that tasted old...so that's a plus in my book. Wish I would see more people that look like me but oh...well. “I'm a transplant from the Cincinnati area now living in South Jersey. Although South Jersey's economy basically runs on the hospitality industry, customer service falls short of my expectations almost everywhere I go in South Jersey. Famous Dave's BBQ of Cherry Hill appears to be one of the few exceptions to that! Teres (I believe was her name?) was a super sweet waitress who helped this Famous Dave's first-timer to have an excellent dining experience! She was friendly, knowledgeable of the menu, and moved quickly. My water cup never got below half-empty, and she offered a refill on the strawberry lemonade when it ran low, although I declined that offer. For a guy who generally isn't a huge fan of BBQ, the food was phenomenal and some HUGE portions. I ordered a two-entree meal from the menu. With this meal, I had a Georgia Chopped Pork Sandwich, "hot" BBQ wings that really weren't that hot, corn on the cob (at least I knew it wasn't frozen corn!), a corn break muffin, some celery and carrots, and a loaded baked potato (that I paid a little extra for because it was an "upgrade" side). At one point, one of the waitresses accidentally dropped a tray of dishes. The team and the general manager reacted so professionally to the situation, however, that everyone seemed to take it in stride. Great work, team!”

“I recently went to Dolsot House with my husband and another couple during lunch time when it was not very busy. While we were seated quickly and our orders taken in a timely manner, our food took over an hour to arrive. Groups sat after our arrival received their food before us. We were left to wonder where our food was without much help from the staff. However, when our food did come, everything was delicious. Food alone gets 5 stars, but actually dining in gets 1 star. We will stick to takeout in the future.”

“Sit down BYOB with nice selection of Mediterranean foods. Went here on Saturday night and it was crowded. Food takes a bit to cook, but that’s because they make it when you order it. Very fresh. The water tasted different, so I ordered a soda. Maybe bring your own? The server was very good. He took our orders accurately without writing anything down. Came back to check on us throughout our stay. He Opened our drinks and was very nice! I thought the portions were plenty. So not sure what others are talking about. I would definitely come back. Parking free and not a problem as it’s in a plaza.”
