Virginia Hotel & Cottages

Outstanding, staff is super friendly, great location. Room was spotless and very comfortable, short walk to the beach or nearby restaurants! We really enjoyed our stay!

If you are looking for the heart of Cape May, this is it! The Mad Batter is right nextdoor, the Merion Inn is around the block, and Congress hall is just around the corner as well! I confess that we did not stay here so I cannot comment on the accommodations. However we did walk through the place and sometimes you can see much just as an observer. What a beautiful and grand place this is! This is truly a grand old lady with beautiful woodwork and architecture that must be seen.

I HATE ....saying this ....because everybody will want to ....STAY HERE....but hands down..there's not a....BETTER....CLEANER.... and COZY PLACE....along with POLITE STAFF...and AWSOME FOOD ....than the VIRGINIA HOTEL at Cape May.....they keep me....Coming back.....the best hidden GEM...at the JerseyShore...hats off to all you GREAT PEOPLE....see you soon

The atmosphere was great! Their Christmas decorations were really nice. The staff was really friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to make recommendations.now, the food is something that I cannot describe in words. It is something that must be tried to really grasp how amazing it is!I had thebraised short rib which was the best short rib I've ever had! We had a lot of other things that were also just as nice but too many to describe and list. To top it all off the entire dining room all collaborated to sing The 12 days of Christmas song which was really awesome and the first time I've ever witnessed and participated in something like that. If you ever get the chance to eat here, do so and enjoy! We can't wait to return!
