Pizza was good...staff was nice
Pizza is Medium-large slice, Light on sauce, medium crust, slight flop at point, good for fold technique. Cheese has sharpness of an asiago, light mozzerela, not to stretchy. Bottom has nice brown with very slight flour dusting. Recommend topping with the dried oregano and/or parmesean. Inside there is plenty of clean seating for dining in or casual seating with view of the sports game while waiting for take out or grabbing a slice. Also has free delivery. This place is on the right after you cross the cape May bridge, across from the lobster house and after you pass Lucky bones. It is the same Tony's that ised to be at the little place next door. The same owners are still making the delicious pizza. Say hi to Ollie in the back kitchen, he is the best.
Great food, great prices, great service
Stopped by this pizzeria with my family on a jaunt to Cape May. Being a native New York City resident who knows good pizza, I will try to review objectively. The menu was expansive but the food was lackluster. (Some items seemed doughy and microwaved-a major no-no in a restaurant). I settled on a calzone (which didn't come with sauce!) because they were out of ravioli for some reason. Overall, the place was clean. The waitress was cordial and the food was passable. Worth a visit.
Had my grandsons birthday party here. Nancy an her staff on the floor did a fabulous job. The children could make their pizzas an they loved it. The kitchen made sure all the right pizzas got back to the child who made it. An the food was also good!
