    I must say, we eat out quite often and Chanterelle was a top notch experience! Everything from the service, atmosphere and most importantly, the food were all absolutely amazing! I'm not a soup guy but the tomatoe bisque was smooth and flavorful! The duck was out of this world! Super tasty and cooked perfectly. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be back!

    Absolutely wonderful dinner all around from the service (thanks Shawnie for making sure our dietary needs were met), ambiance, and the beautifully presented, delicious food. We had the Foie Gras, Hamachi, Mixed Field Greens, and Oishii Shrimp to start. All were excellent- the blend of flavors and textures in the Hamachi, the Asian slaw and shrimp with a hint of toasted sesame oil and micro cilantro; as well as the blend of fruits and crunchy, nutty hazelnuts and wine reduction with the Foie Gras. For entrees, we had the Halibut, Duck Breast, Crab Orecchiette, and Wagyu special. Again, the interesting, and delicate flavors were spectacular....Chanterelles mixed in the Halibut and Crab pasta added interesting depth. Of course we had to have dessert too...not to be missed- all made in house- Lemon Tart, Goat Panna Cotta and freshly made sorbet and ice cream were so yummy despite how full we were... we will be back.

    My dining experience at Chanterelle restaurant in Stone Harbor, NJ was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we stepped through the door, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality, setting the tone for an unforgettable evening.

    Let's talk about the star of the show—the scallop entrée. Each bite was a symphony of flavors, perfectly seared scallops paired with a delightful accompaniment that left me craving more. The chef's expertise truly shone through in every aspect of this dish, from its presentation to its exquisite taste. It's a must-try for anyone visiting Chanterelle!

    But the excellence didn't stop there. The service was wonderful —attentive without being intrusive, ensuring that our needs were anticipated and met with grace. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu and offered fantastic recommendations, enhancing our dining experience even further.

    And let's not forget about the desserts! After indulging in the savory delights of our meal, we couldn't resist sampling some of Chanterelle's sweet offerings. Each dessert was a work of art, bursting with flavor and made with the finest ingredients. They provided the perfect ending to an already remarkable dining experience.

    Overall, Chanterelle exceeded all expectations. It's evident that every aspect of the restaurant, from the food to the service, is crafted with care and passion.     What an incredible dining experience. The transformation of this space into the elegant, welcoming restaurant it is now is so impressive. Each detail, from wallpaper to table decor, lets you know it was carefully selected and you can feel the love that was put into this place.

    From the moment we walked in to the moment we departed, we felt welcome and knew we were in good hands. The bread, first course, second course, and ice cream for dessert were all great! I felt like some of the menu items were going to be adventurous choices for my sometimes basic palate, but I was delighted with every dish.

    This new restaurant exceeded my expectations. From the friendly hostess to the knowledgeable servers to the creative chef. The truffle potato leek bisque was smooth, creamy, and delicious. We tried the New York strip and the pan roasted poussin/chicken. Both cooked and plated beautifully. The space is very cute too. Cute mushroom artwork throughout the restaurant and the bathrooms. We will definitely be back!
