La Locanda

One of my favorite places to eat.

Great food and owners. Love the place and it's a BYOB ????????

La Locanda is a hidden gem tucked away in a bustling plaza complex. Though they do not deliver, which is a strike in my book, they've got genuinely good Italian fare and excellent pizza pies. Unlike their competition across the street, their pizza tastes like good ole' Italian pizza, with well seasoned sauce that isn't 80% sugar, and a fine blend of Italian cheeses baked to perfection.

La Locanda offers a wide variety of genuine Italian fare as well, ranging from pastas to veal. It's all great, about as good as you'd expect coming from any high quality gourmet Italian establishment. The downfall again is that they're mostly take-out and do not deliver. There's limited seating inside, but the atmosphere is very dull and lacking in cozy ambience. Most importantly though, you can come here and get good homemade Italian comfort food at a very reasonable price.

Everything is always good, everything that I ever Got there. Small comfortable place where the husband and wife work there. Like the old days. Not like chain restaurants. That you are just a no.

Great Italian comfort food. Veal country, shrimp scampi, veal milanese. Can't miss with these. Excellent service and wonderful owners.
