This is my 3rd time ordering and the food is always so fresh and packaged nicely. The first 2 times I ordered the grill chicken bowl and today I ordered the Korean beef bowl. They tasted amazing. Definitely recommend.

This place did not disappoint. My kids were eating veggies (by choice) and loved it. Not only is the vibe on point, but the grilled chicken and mixed veggies are a flavor explosion, and bonus—it's healthy! They also have a to-go fridge and I grabbed a meal to heat up for dinner later. After a long day, I heated up the to-go meal for 2 mins in the microwave and I was satisfied and energized to keep going with my two toddlers. The food tasted super fresh and I wasn’t sluggish from an unhealthy take out! Prepped is the perfect spot for a hassle free healthy meal…or two! Highly recommend for tired moms trying to make better food choices!
