Holsten's Ice Cream, Chocolate & Restaurant

Excellent food! Burgers were great, Onion rings are definitely the best in the state, and ice is amazing. Must try the ice cream. Tony Soprano all the way. Loved seeing the booth where Tony Soprano sat and was his last meal.

Recently visited NJ and felt we needed to visit Holsteins. We had great ice cream sundaes. Highly recommend visiting Holsteins. If we lived closer this would definitely be our regularly visited place.

What can I add to what's already been written about this classic spot for simple, delicious food, homemade ice cream & sinful treats? The staff is as sweet as the desserts! Kids love it & adults adore it. Oh, and you can sit in Tony Soprano's booth. Just go, eat, enjoy & repeat (often].

Excellent ice cream. I’m sure my taste experience is influenced by the ambiance. Old-school, throw back, old fashioned, time capsule... the best word to describe it is: good. It is really good. Many thanks to the guys at the counter who treated my daughter and I so kindly. Traditional flavors. Homemade in their basement. Go. Now. And often.
