Stamna Greek Taverna

Food was pretty good. Although it was more expensive than I remember. Halloumi app was $9 but the portionbwas very small. Also the feta stuffed peppers, $11 for 2 medium sized peppers. Not impressed with the prices for what we got. All of our food did taste good,though.

Great Greek food in a casual atmosphere. Edited to say that my husband and I dined last night at their grand reopening in their new larger location. Now the great food, and terrific service is in an even lovelier venue.

My wife and I were lucky to get a table on the first night of Stamna's reopening at their brand-new location. The new setting has the same reliably terrific food and friendly service as before, but with a more spacious, inviting interior and more floor space for the waitstaff. The new coffee bar is a nice touch, and it's also great to see into the kitchen. Stamna can get very crowded, but with good reason--it's the sort of restaurant you want to visit often.

Nice cute and quaint little restaurant. The food was great and seafood was fresh. However, I did find the grilled chicken to be a little on the bland side.

I did not see any designated parking lots for this restaurant so parking can be challenging if you go during a busy day or time since it all street parking. However, I had no issues finding parking on the side streets around the restaurant.

Overall, a great little restaurant in Bloomfield.

My husband and I took my sister in law here for her birthday last night Saturday September 8, 2018. The food was fantastic. The best Greek food we have ever had anywhere. Every dish we saw come out of the kitchen looked amazing! We wanted to order everything! The desserts were out of this world too. The best baklava we have ever eaten! The service was warm and friendly and the atmosphere was like a big family. The entire restaurant joined in and sang happy birthday with us. We will be back time and time again with all our family and friends. We highly recommend this restaurant to everyone. Thanks for a great evening!
