“Wondering why it’s 6:24pm on a Monday and I’ve been standing in front of the store for 10 minutes. Where are the workers...? Someone just came to the door and told me to come back in 5 minutes. Not sure if this is a religious thing but can you please make note of the fact that you’re closed during certain hours? Major inconvenience... Other than that the food is good but I had to knock down some stars. It’s too cold for this.”

“Today, Dec 25th, 2018. I did not feel like cooking and decided to look up on Google Haitian food near me and this restaurant got most reviews that were recent and great comments. My comments are sincerely decent and honest. When I call, the young lady who answers was professional and gave me a menu. Overall, the restaurant gets 3 stars because of delays in the order plus the front area needs remodeling and cleaning. I look over the cashier area needs organizing. They need to post a sign that also says credit/ debits are accepted. Last, I would also recommend the owner change that poor coffee machine, make it more presentable for the customers. Now, here's the food part: from a 1 to 5, the food gets a: 3 1/2. There was also a little delayed with my order. It took about 25 minutes, plus I had to drive back because they forget to give me the black gravy. Therefore a total of 30 minutes I must say, its always good for us as a customer to give a review because it helps the business for growth opportunity and the community of customer to select from the best reviews. Ms. Bless”

If you get quart (double food) pay little less. It's worth traveling to. I went to other restaurants and they hardly give you chicken (Springfield NJ). I'm glad I found this gem. Great People.”

“Ambassador is known in every urban center for it's delicious fried chicken. It's seasoned and fried like your grandma from down South made it and my grandma was not from down South.???? Ambassador's chicken is consistent in their preparation so you will always get the great chicken you expect. My only gripe is the long wait time whether you order ahead or not, it's never a quick visit. But as they say, good things come to those that wait...yum!”
