“After a family member recommended Turano's, I placed an order for pickup. We ordered a salad, a chicken entree, and I grabbed a slice to go. All of the food tasted great, the orders were made correctly and it was ready on time for pickup. When I walked in, every member of the staff went out of their way to greet me and acknowledge that they had a customer. I would definitely order from Turano's again.”

“We ordered catering for about 30 people from this restaurant. We were very happy with the results and would do it again. We ordered chicken, steak, and shrimp, along with rice, vegetables, salad, and lots of other side items. Food was ready on time and was warm. Our guests enjoyed the food a lot. I communicated back and forth with them to get the order just right, taking some of their suggestions. I could nitpick a little bit that some of the special instructions that we agreed to were not carried out, but those were very minor in the grand scheme of things. Overall, great food, great communication with the staff, we got everything we ordered, and will be enjoying the leftovers for a few more days. I would definitely order again.”

“I really wish you all would make the cutlets warm / hot. Like any respectable chicken parm sandwich. Even when I ask for a warm cutlet I never get it. It’s a convenient location so I stop by from time to time but I would come every weekend if the cutlets were warm / hot.”

“The meatballs were amazing. I had the pork chop, which was fine. The broccoli rabe with sausage is definitely worth coming back for- we got a couple of orders to share. Service was very accommodating with people splitting dishes, and we had a 2 1/2 year old being noisy to boot. If we're in the neighborhood, we'd go back for those meatballs!”

“We go here pretty regularly and normally I’d rate a 4 or 5. Prompted to make this review based on a recent visit. The kitchen/prep activity was disappointing. 20 wings came with 17. Got the remaining 3 wings after we paid and were leaving. The tables around us were having similar issues. Pizza wasn’t as well done or piping hot as usual. Was VERY thankful for the exceptional service of our server (Jerry), other service staff and the greeters. My kids still love this place. I understand when it’s busy, things can get bumpy. I trust management recognizes these gaps and will find a way to improve. Again, usually great food and service, so most certainly will be visiting again, but likely for lunch or less busy dinner times. And will gladly update this rating as we see improvement.”

“Love the Ritz. Food is always spot on, great specials, great prices, great service, lots of light, and like any great diner, it has thousands of offerings, which boggles my mind. Seriously, what's the secret? Do they have an underground freezer the size of a city block? When the waitress asks what I want, since I didn't come to read War and Peace, I'll blurt out "eggs and bacon!" or "burger and fries!" As in magic, one day the great mysteries of the voluminous offerings of the American diner will be revealed. But until then, we must simply accept that some things in life can never be understood.”
