    Simit House & Bakery is simply charming. It’s warm, cozy and the staff are just AMAZING . If you are looking for the best food in Montclair area this is the place. Delicious and worth every penny!

    Give the chocolate cake a try! The most moist and rich chocolate cake I've ever had! Plus, they sell Ayran(just average, but at least they have it).
    The charming place about Simit is that it is more than a bakery. The moment you step in, you capture the warm and mellow Turkish vibe. You see the "blue evil eye" jewelries hanging on the wall and other Turkish charms on display(for sell). Though not a big establishment, the sitting area doesn't feel uncomfortably narrow. The male owner is very friendly!

    A lovely street view from the wide windows...a boutique cafe with good food and great coffee, wonderful handmade Turkish jewelry, very small, though...

    I spent a nice sunny fall afternoon with a friend at Simi bakery and cafe. A real jewel in the heart of Montclair. I had a gluten free zucchini/ walnuts cake. Fresh and delicious! The cappuccinos were also great. Mostly, I wanted to write this review to say THANK YOU for the great service we received!! Human touch and good customer service are the key to a successful business!!! Keep the good work!!
