Beautiful French-themed café, one with the pastries and quiches to boot. The cappuccino is excellent! Cinnamon flavor is the best. The regular coffee is wonderful — strong but also creamy. Love their buttery croissants and there’s a large selection of macarons. The downside? It’s pricey. Pricier than most places. Recommend it to those who don’t mind a splurge.
I liked it better under the old management. The front seating area was taken away which provided a great view of Church Street. Ordered the Avocat was a surprisingly disappointed. Menu showed egg, avocado and country bread. I was welcomed with lettuce that tasted old and the sandwich had avocado, no egg and a supposed “country bread”. I thought I was given the incorrect order but was advised that it was the correct order. The coffee cups are well missed. Was given a to-go cup when I was eating in. I am not upset just slightly thrown off. For a meal that was priced at $13.00, I would’ve expected more. Previous management was very welcoming towards the customer. I give it 3 stars bc I remember what it used to be like and have hopes that it’ll be like that again. I’m sure it’s difficult running a business and trying to meet everyone’s expectations. I have the utmost respect for what you do. Keep up the decent work and I have hopes that it’ll get better.
As mentioned, really good pastries, sweets and baked goods, my wife brought me here, quiches are very good and not overly salty as in other places. Fresh baked croissants and cup of coffee in the morning is a must.
Excellent Cappuccino, Quiche, bread and pastries. My favorite quiet place on Church Street
