Make sure to use the terminal to order what you want and immediately pay it to be prioritized for your order. Also, make sure to get the receipt stamped for "Paid". If these are not done, your order will not be processed.
Some clear signs needs to be put to state these requirements to prevent customers being unhappy and waiting for ever.
