“First I would like to say the only reason why I gave this cafe 3stars was because of service and breakfast over priced(maybe it was the area but it was my first time going there) paid for one person about $30 with 2drinks(coffee & orange juice).I would recommend a few tips. When we first arrived it was not busy at all, maybe 2 family’s outside and 3inside. They only had 2 servers. We waited a while to be greeted and get our food. Food was good but the portion was way too big. I ordered a omelette but did not like the fact that they didn’t take their time to cut the meat or veggies in smaller pieces. I literally had a whole strip of bacon inside my omelette. Coffee cups were way too small. I would say if you want to save money as a business owner, one slice of bread is good and instead of 3eggs, use 2 eggs for the omelette and maybe 2 to 3 strips of bacon on the side. Overall the place was nice and also clean.”

“I ordered the Jewel salad & a blackberry bar. The salad is enough for me to eat for two days. I didn’t take a picture before hand but this is the 1/2 of my salad that I can have tomorrow. No picture of the blackberry bar, it was so good I finished it. The food is excellent. I love that everything was packed separately so the warm chicken and breadstick didn’t wilt the salad greens and the dressing on the side so everything doesn’t get soggy. Miss Holly at the counter was a delight to chat with while I waited for my order which was not long at all. I can’t wait to try more of the menu!!”

“Overall the new place looks amazing. Food was quick place well stocked.. my only complaint is the cashier staff needs more training. One girl today behind the counter by cigarettes wasn’t as friendly as the other girls and clearly needs more training before sending her onto a register that usually is the one busy. She needs to be trained more with lottery cause she just looked at my tickets and didn’t even try to help she just said machine is down... didn’t even looked or attempted to help me with it. Just work on staff training better”

“Tonight, my family and I had our first experience at Merryman’s. We ordered the cheesesteak egg rolls, mozzarella sticks, and I ordered the mushroom swis burger. We ordered for pickup and the food was ready very quickly, within 20 minutes. An extremely pleasant atmosphere too that we cannot wait to eat at once indoor dining resumes.”

“Just left the place and grabbed lunch to go. The lox-less monster bagel was incredible. Their vegan cream cheese is phenomenal. Will absoluetly get again! I also got the BBQ special jackfruit bbq (looks like pulled pork) coleslaw and mac and cheese. I am personally not vegan, just wanted to try this place out, and I will be back. The food is delicious, and the 2 women there were very friendly”

“I ordered a Merritts pizza on a recommendation from a friend who had came in to the brewery just up the block from Manninos, and man, that was a good call. The place was buzzing with in house patrons and a steady stream of take out folks like me. The price is a bit more than normal, but the quality, taste and selection can be beat. If you're interested in "normal" pizza, you can get that there, too, but it's their specialty pizza that sets this place apart.”

“When I saw the white linen table cloths and linen napkins in their photos it set my expectations for a better experience than we had. We ordered an appetizer, 2 salads, and 4 entree's for the meal. The appetizer, a special of Prosciutto, tomatoes, and mozzarella was fine, and reasonable for the price point. The salads, ordered by 2 of our party was again fine, with no comments. The entrees were mixed, with two of the gnocci dishes being 60% mozzarella and somewhat misleading from a description. The price point for the place is upper mid-range, but some of the dishes fall short of that range. The one plus is that it's BYOB, which helps improve the value. On the plus side, the restaurant was clean and well lighted and the hostess and two floor staff were friendly enough, though not engaged in our actual dining experience as a whole.”

“The staff is friendly and welcoming. The chips are uninspired and the salsa served in a tiny cup. However the salsa was fresh and quite tasty. The rest of the meal got better from there. We went with a taco sampler and the three tacos were amazing. The flavors of each type went well together and just popped. We will be going back to try the rest of the menu.”

“Their Chinese pizza and egg rolls are the best! I also like their fried dumplings. If you are not happy with how your food is and it is something that can be modified, give them another try and just ask them if they can cook it a certain way like "can you make them softer or can you give me extra flavor" and they listen! They def work with you! Just love this place!! We have had our food taste really good and then we ordered near an hour or two of closing time and I guess they just did not have enough time and rushed because it def showed because it was not that great. Just make sure you order at the right time. Very good.”

“This is my favorite pizza place in Pitman. I like their steaks and fries in addition to their awesome pizza. They have a great selection of drinks to chose from. Any time I'm walking around down there I'll stop in for a slice. The only challenge sometimes is parking when there is stuff going on.”
