Amazing!! Food and drinks are phenomenal!! Such cool and laid back service & environment!

Food and atmosphere was really good. Nice vibe overall in the place, especially during the holidays. It does take some tone to get your food-about 45 minutes-but when you get it, it IS quality. Faster service , this rating gets a full 5.

I came here with my wife. This was one of the nicest evenings I've had in a long time.
The food was second to none and the service was on point.
I even had a pleasant conversation with a busboy about David Lynch and our favorite movies.
Try the truffle mac and cheese - it's so good.
I went traditional with the full rack of ribs, which I shall not be ashamed of. A man needs meat.
So soft, they seemed pressure cooked. Almost like pulled pork, but softer. I brought some back home and I shared with the pooch.
The wife had some artichoke heart and fish thing. That was also delicious. A very complex and delicate flavor.
The atmosphere is dim and romantic but adequate for a family outing. The place is alive with a lot of conversation and the people are nice and cultured.
I kept hearing a man that sounded like Jim Jeffreys talk for over 20 minutes about a boating adventure. That added some humor.

All in all, it's a 10 from me.
If there was any issue whatsoever, I'm sure you'd be taken care of on the spot.

You can truly experience fine dining at it's best right here at the Hudson tavern. Try the white truffle Mac and cheese and the lemon butter sword fish steak... No regrets!!! ????

Didn't really interact with the place all that much. I got there around 11:00, ordered a beer or two. Got my drinks quickly and never really had to wait to order. There was a decent amount of people there. It was a nice place to hang out.
