We ordered 170 subs to be picked up at 10am. We drove al ln the way from near DC to get them for a group of hungry middle schoolers on a trip to NYC. Chris and his staff were Stupendous! Came in early, made everything fresh, and even loaded it all into our car. The food was Excellent. For any other NYC trip this stop will be mandatory from now on.

Reading all of these bad reviews, I feel so bad for management who is really trying to make things right. Hopefully you can straighten up your team so that they provide top notch customer service and sandwiches.

I seriously love their turkey sub. The bread is tasty, the ingredients are fresh, and everything is flavorful. I'm happy to live so close to this place.

The online ordering is easy for both pickup and delivery, and they've got a good amount of customization options. One thing that I think is cool is that they dig out a little bit of the bread so that it's fewer calories, but you still get the bread texture and taste. I should definitely try more of their sandwiches, but I can't stop getting the turkey. I'll make my way through the menu eventually.
