Excellent staff! It was a really busy time when I went in but they were on point.
The service here is pretty good most of the time.
Everybody at this place is so cheerful and lively.
I absolutely love this happy vibe place.

If you're looking for a burger place that doesn't sell you razor thin burger patties, where the staff acts like they care about their customers but still provides that fast pace environment that you get from fast food. This would be the place to go! I used to do deliveries for this restaurant and not only would I get the order I was delivering in a timely manner but I could also order something for myself and I would get that right around the same time and it didn't look like any of them would break a sweat. The music is enjoyable too

A bit pricey, but I think the quality of the food justifies occasionally paying the premium. Overall, I have consistently good experiences. The food tastes good. The staff is cordial. The mobile app also makes ordering easier. This might be more an issue for corporate, but I think one opportunity for improvement would be to allow mobile app users to pay with more than one gift card or at least let us use the gift card and put the difference on a credit card if the gift card does not have enough money to cover the purchase.
