Good Lucky Wok

Unfortunately they have disappeared. The place at this address is now called Wang Wang. They have the same number and their food is not the same at all to Good Lucky Wok’s . It’s edible but ,they don’t season the food well for example the shrimp fried rice, the shrimp has no flavor and the rice is practically rice mush -well maybe that’s going too far but it was way too soft when Good lucky wok seemed to Cook and flavor the shrimp before putting it with the well done fried rice. The dumplings outer layer keeping in the filling is thin to the point that it falls apart oddly and were made sloppily, also they only offer soda if you order a lot when their predecessor offered your choice of a can of soda or an egg roll ..but I’m hoping Good Lucky Wok pops up again someday.They were amazing, with their cooking and food presentation. Hope their doing well, where ever they went. Wang wang can do better.

They are always seemless ordering, fast, and good food. You don't get any better Chinese food in that area of Jersey City.

Best Chinese I've had in McGinley Square. It's yellow fried rice.
