Cava is fast food salads. You stand in line and specify what you want while you move down the counter. The line moves quickly. Lots of good choices for dressings, meats, or falafel. You walk out with change from your 12 dollars. Good quick lunch.

Great option for something quick and healthy. Vegan/vegetarian friendly. The online ordering interface is simple and better than any I've ever used.

Very good food! Only downside is that it is cold in there during the winter time. The foot traffic keeps the door open so the cold air comes in. Don't sit by the door!

Love this place. A solid lunch spot. I work in the Newport towers and it’s worth the walk. Everything I’ve had is fresh and delicious. I leave feeling satisfied and like I’ve made a healthy choice for lunch. Highly recommend.

Today I had a salad and it was great! The line was nearly out the door and it was after lunch time! Street parking was hard to find but that's nothing I can fault the restaurant for. With 20 mins on the meter I rolled the dice and stood in the winding line. Within minutes food was in hand, I was back in car...happy. staff was polite and very helpful providing I didn't really know what I wanted. They worked like a really team. The only issue I had was the portion size, too small. There food was so good I could have easily and willingly paid 3 or 4 dollars more for a slightly larger heaping. Hint hint hint. Offer size options!
