I had to wait 25 minutes for my food. Could be worse. Guy in front of me waited 45 (so he said). I think they have issues with mobile orders. Because I was order 63 and ordered from the back of the line in the restaurant. 8 people ahead of me. They had gotten to order 81 before I got my food. So people that ordered 18 places after me got their food before me?

Stick to the one in mall. Much quicker and nicer service.

I've been to this location 6 times. If there is no one there, they are quick and easy. If they have more than 4 customers, their entire system breaks down and waiting is the name of the game.

Another time I waited 15 minutes for ONE chicken sandwich. This was like a month ago, not when they first came out.

Newly renovated, adherence to COVID is excellent

Finally tried the Chicken Sandwich last Friday, surprised how great it was. The crust was pleasant, crispy but easy to chew and the meat was very juicy. I liked it better than their regular chicken. The staff was nice, most were kinda wearing masks (usually they had the masks near their nose instead of snug around them, to cover their nostrils) except for the manager, he did not bother to wear any mask at all.
