The restaurant has only been open a week. Sitting at the edge of the water, the view of NYC is spectacular! The bar is the standout, occupying half of the space. We found the restaurant portion of the interior to be dark, cold and noisy, rather than warm and inviting. The service was outstanding! There were four in the party and we all had dinner. We all had trouble selecting entrees from the ambitious, but limited menu. Billing themselves as “Steak, Chops and Seafood on the Hudson”, there were only two fish entrees and two steak entrees to select from, excepting the four person bistecca for $265 and lobster. We would have preferred a couple of simpler fish and steak entree options, such as salmon and filet mignon. Portions were generous. All in, it is a little pricy for a full dinner with cocktails…sides ($16 each) and dessert ($17 each) . Go and enjoy the view with cocktails and apps at the bar. Check out the menu before deciding on dinner. I am not reviewing the food, since they just opened. The menu has changed slightly from the one they originally posted. We all agreed that we preferred their sister restaurant Liberty House!
