Chimney Rock Inn Flemington

We love Chimney Rock but usually eat at the Bound Brook location. Eating out with a 3-year old is always tough, but the Bound Brook location's service is speedy and efficient, which helps. This is not the case in Flemington. After being sat it took 20 minutes for a server to speak with us, and then another 20 to get our drinks (with no explanation of the delay). By the time we actually got to eat, all the PJ Masks in the world could not calm the inpatient, small human we brought with us. Ended up ordering less than usual (refills, dessert) just because who knows how long additional requests would have taken.

Great atmosphere as always. Corned beef wasn't as good as I anticipated, but it was ok. Bar pie was fantastic.

Good service and pizza. Gluten free was super tasty and filling. No need to order anything more. They did a great job accommodating a large group, even the select few with special requests and dietary restrictions. We were 11 families for a team dinnernner after a game. A tad pricier than I would have liked.

Went with a large family/friends group after a family funeral, so was part of a function. Wonderful place! Comfortable, great food, excellent service.
They have a gluten-free menu and a vegan/dairy free menu as well as their regular fare, which served a few members of our party well.
I would definitely recommend this place. If I thought I'd be in the area again, I'd say I'll certainly be back.

Beautiful new place. Good selection of beers. Burgers and apps. Were great. We had the Epic pizza
It was huge! Not that good . I'm a tough critic about pizza. Not too many NJ pizza places compare to Brooklyn. I'm just saying! Don't let that stop you from trying it. Just my opinion!
