Firkin Tavern

Went for lunch. Bison burger was good. Sweet potato fries were great. Service was good too.

Great place to visit for your local comfort type food. Not to far from the Trenton Airport for a quick bite to eat. The Trenton tomato pie and brownie for desert.

The pub food tastes like pub food, but the bartenders are some of the best I've ever seen. I regularly order 16-20 mixed shots, which Id never consider at most bars, because the bartenders never let me down.

Firkin is a diamond in the rough. I’m giving it a five for my purposes. The food is unreasonably good. And the drinks are fine. And the prices are just fair. You’re not paying too much. And you’re not paying too little. I can think of a few places in surrounding areas that I would gladly replace with firkin tavern.

A quaint little bar/restaurant that has a neighborhood vibe to it. They have a bar area complete with pool tables and if u don't want the bar u can sit in the dining room. The menu is a bit eclectic which I love and had everything from some burgers (like the jersey burger) to wraps (such as the southwestern wrap) apps like Nachos and entrees. The food was great and you can tell things are homemade and served hot, our server & busboy were on the ball...and we weren't made to feel rushed or smothered. I was definitely impressed and hope to eat there again in the near future.
