Gentlemen who pump your gas here are very polite no matter what time of day or night. If you have an issue just tell them the fix it (hot chocolate was empty). Gentlemen who tried to fix it very nice other person looked miserable (maybe having a bad day). I am at this WaWa at least 2X per day 3 to 5 days per week. Bathrooms always neat and clean. Most cashiers are polite and pleasant. Never ordered any food yet.
Maybe because it is new staff is just getting used to working here. For those who complained and said their food is always wrong why do you come back? Why not tell them "the last time I was here you screwed up my order can you please make sure it dont happen again". If they are blatantly lazy or do not care thats one thing. If you dont tell them directly your order got screwed up they dont know. You cant fix something if you are unaware you did something wrong just saying. Just try politely telling them they screwed up if it continues then post negative comments and dont come back.

My review is about the exceptional service i received at the store, especially from one person in particular, Sam. I was originally disappointed with the store for not taking catering orders online, but i visited the store on the morning of an event that I was hosting.
I went to the store and spoke to Sam at around 11 am for an order of two party platters I needed by 3:30 pm. She was fantastic! Helped me put together my order, made sure I had everything I needed, and just made life easy for what was a very hectic day.
I asked her if she would still be at the store when I needed to pick up the orders (about 3:15 pm) and she mentioned that her shift ended at 2, but she would tell the next catering manager, and that all would be taken care. When I returned at 3:15, she was still in the store and personally taking care of the platters. Really appreciated - what an amazing person. It's rare to get any level of service or commitment these days, and Sam went way above and beyond.
The store itself is pretty new, exceptionally clean, and with the gas station, very convenient.
