El Guajillo Mexican Restaurant

I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the friendliness of the staff. Food was delicious and well priced.

New place. Amazing. Huge portions. Super happy. Better than big box mexican restuants by far. Quite affordable and fast. 3 grown men left feeling great.

The food here is so good and fresh. Quality Mexican food. I had the Carne asada platter, and the steak was so juicy. My husband had the al pastor taco platter and they were full of flavor. The beans are perfect. The staff is also very nice and helpful. I can see this becoming one of our regular dining spots.

The food here is delicious. However, there are some things that need improvement. One is, they need to hire more staff. We ate dinner on Saturday here and this place was packed. There were some customers who came & left because the line was long and took a while either to get a seat or to get their orders. I don't know how many cooks they have but it took about half an hour to serve food for 4 people. There was only 1 waitress taking orders for dine in customers. I ordered steak & eggs. The menu said it's supposed to have steak, rice, 2 eggs over easy, plantains, cream, beans & some veggies. I did not get the plantains and the cream, and there was only 1 egg that was overcooked and dry. I asked the waitress for the plantains but she said they don't come with plantains. I rechecked the menu when i got home, & it turned out that the waitress was wrong. Management should make sure that their cooks/ crew pay attention to the content of their menu & the food they are serving. Hopefully this review would help improve their service next time. Overall, we enjoyed the food nonetheless.
