Today Otto Burger opened and I have difficulty finding the words on explain how amazing the food taste. In addition to delicious grub, the chefs met with my wife and son and were incredibly kind and friendly.

Honestly, can’t wait to go back and I’m pretty sure my wife already recruited her mom to go back tomorrow.

Opening day! My spouse and I split the Korzo burger and pirogis for lunch and we were stuffed. We couldn't decide which filling to get in the pirogis so they allowed us to do two of each. Both were fresh and fantastic. The Korzo burger is unlike anything that I've had before. The fried langos rising dough "bun" was sweet and had a good chew. The burger was juicy, but not greasy, and the toppings brought a great blend of flavors. The cheeses on the burger and pirogis both had a nice sharpness. I have a feeling the pickled salad will be something on all of our future orders. The chilled beets were cooked to the perfect consistency. Not too firm and not too soft. Welcome to Hopewell!!!
